The Den's Shipping Policy

Processing Time: So, since we're with a new publisher there's some new policies to discuss with processing. On average, it takes about 1-2 business days to process an orders that go through Shop, 1-3 business days for orders through the store itself and Facebook and Instagram.  

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times - Currently, we have two options for shipping right now, however these change depending on where our products are coming from.  For free shipping, it takes about 3-5 business days from the United States, and 9-12 business days for International orders, so a total between 3-12 business days. 

Tracking Information You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your Shopify account.

Shipping Locations We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
