You’ve got 30 days from delivery to send items back. To qualify, pieces must be:

• In original condition
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• In original packaging (if applicable)

If an item comes back used or damaged, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Exchanges are available within 30 days — just reach out and we’ll get you right.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Send us:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• A photo of the item

We’ll handle the rest.

🚫 Non‑Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

• Final Sale items
• Digital products
• Gift cards

💳 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an update.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
