Tale 4 - Moving Forward

About 2 weeks ago we launched a minor store update to make a few changes on the backend and make the quality of life a little better.  This was in preparation of our next major update which is now live.  We've appreciated all of our customers and we are glad that you've been shopping with us so far.  The changes we've made have been in reflection to customer feedback, overall review of how we operate, and hopefully to make the experience a little bit better for all of our customers.  Keeping with our transparency, we've got another tale for you to read at your convenience:

Supplier Update:

In the last update we did, we told you that we had a split of our own products and another supplier, with most of our products coming from us.  We're proud to announce that all of our products have moved to being 100% our own supplier and will be the move moving forward.  This is important because it allows us to have a steady pricing strategy and not as much fluctuation, keeps our shipping free (which we know a lot of you love) and allows us to get a little more creative with the products we push out. 

The Ink Lab:

When we initially launched the Ink Lab, like everything else there is a lot of trial and error especially with it being new.  We've been combing through the details as we've proceeded and have a few updates related to the lab itself:

• The base price for shirts has been raised from $20 to $25.  We realized that we were swinging a little low when it comes to what it takes to make these custom shirts, so this hopefully fixes that issue.  As a result, pricing has changed for all of our tiers.  You can find the new pricing available on the store as we speak.

• We're also changing the number of options available for customizations for now.  There will only be one option, which will be the Unisex shirt.  This will hopefully keep a lot of people from being confused about which shirt to go with.

 

New Arrivals:

We're worked hard to revamp our collections and products, and we're happy to share some progress on that:

• New World: One Piece!
  • We initially had One Piece as one of the worlds in the Hub but took it away as we lost a lot of our products.  Happy to announce that One Piece is back, with some really cool pieces for its reintroduction.

 

• New Collection: Comic Book Tees
  • This new collection (which you can find on the Home Page) features tees that will have comic book designs on them.  Our first batch of Comic Book tees feature the iconic Justice League, with more being added over the course of 2-4 weeks.  Keep an eye out for the new comic book tees being added in!

 

Bundles

Bundles have been pretty popular with our customers so far, so we've added in some more to save you a little bit of money.  The new bundles are as followed:

• The Justice League Bundle (Comic Book Tees)
• The Straw Hat Pirates Bundle (can be found in the One Piece section on the Hub)
• The ThunderCats Bundle (can be found in the ThunderCats section on the Hub)

More will be announced at a later date!

 

Signature Collection

We're in the process of updating our Signature Collection shirts with newer items.  We still don't know what those will look like, but they'll be back soon.  You probably also noticed that the Kitsune has disappeared.  Don't worry, he's been on a little mission and will provide an update for us soon so stay tuned.

On top of keeping free shipping, we've added a new deal across the store:

The OSD Crew

You know how you sometimes get crazy ideas and just push them out without thinking through all of the schematics?  I think that's what happened with the OSD Crew so for the time being we're gonna put a pause on that to comb through the finer details and make things a little bit better for everyone.  We should hopefully have an update on that with the next major update so stay tuned.

General Updates

• Added some new color palettes throughout the store to bring some life 
• Fixed bugs on the backend to ensure smooth transition between webpages 
• New products have been released across the board with more updates coming soon.
• New logo has been made for branding purposes.
